General Orders
Add your desired items to the shopping cart, go to checkout, and follow the steps. There you enter your delivery address, choose your payment method, optionally add a discount code, and complete your order.
No. You can also place an order as a guest without creating a customer account. An account is optional and only helps you manage your orders more easily.
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, changes or cancellations may still be possible. Please contact our store team as soon as possible.
In the checkout when selecting the shipping method. On the “Shipping and Payment” page, you’ll find the discount code field between the shipping method and payment method. Enter your code, click “Apply coupon”, and the amount will be deducted immediately.
Directly in the shopping cart. At the top right of the order summary, you’ll find the “Apply promo coupon” field, right above the “Proceed to checkout” button. Enter your coupon code, confirm it, and you’re done.
Sure.
Simply select “In-store pickup Berlin Shop” as the shipping method during checkout.
After that, you can pick up your order in the store within 7 days.
Pickup is free of charge.
Yes. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder.
If an item is not available, our store team will contact you and discuss the next steps with you.
Shipping:
Shipping costs within Germany are charged at a flat rate. You can find all the details on our shipping page. At the bottom of the page, you can also calculate the shipping costs for your current shopping cart.

Delivery time depends on the destination. As a rule, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible after payment is received. You can find more detailed information in the shipping overview or on the Shipment page under delivery times.
We ship both within Germany and to other countries inside and outside the EU. You can find a full list of the countries we deliver to on our "Payment and Shipping" page.

Shipping is handled by DHL or Deutsche Post. The shipping confirmation will show which provider was used.
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
If tracking is available, you will receive the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
If your package does not arrive or if there are any shipping issues, please contact our store team. The case will then be reviewed.
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation.
You enter the Packstation during checkout under billing and delivery address.
First, remove the checkmark next to “Delivery address is the same as billing address”. You can then select your preferred delivery option in the first dropdown menu and enter the Packstation as the delivery address.
Important: Both the billing address and the delivery address must be filled in completely.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within the scope of your right of withdrawal. You can find the exact conditions and steps in the Cancellation-Instructions on our website.

Items ordered online can also be returned in the Darkstore store.
An exchange is not possible there.

After the return has been received and checked, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Payment :
You can see the available payment methods directly during checkout. Alternatively, you can also find them under Shipment in the section Accepted Payment Methods.
Payment is due when completing your order. The exact time depends on the selected payment method.
Yes. Checkout is processed through secure connections. Payments are handled by the respective payment providers.
A subsequent change of the payment method is generally not possible. If you experience any issues, please contact our store team.
If you experience problems with your payment, please try again or choose a different payment method. If the issue persists, our store team will be happy to help.
Items & Sizes:
Yes. You can find a selection of larger sizes on our Plus Size page.
Simply send an email to our store team at darkstore@t-online.de. We will measure the items for you and send you the requested measurements as quickly as possible.
You can find the material details in the respective product description in the shop.
Care instructions are provided on the item’s label and can sometimes also be found in the product description.
Some items are limited or only available for a certain period of time. Whether an item will be restocked depends on the manufacturer.
New items and restocks are released regularly, but specific dates cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Yes. The stock shown in the online shop is also available in our stores.
